🛠️ Common App Troubleshooting Tips

If you encounter any issues during your RichMasters mobile setup, try these expert tips:

• App Won’t Install? Check if you have at least 200MB of free storage. Often, a full memory is the primary reason for installation failure.
• OTP Not Arriving? If you are registering via the app and the SMS doesn’t arrive, ensure your signal is strong (Globe/Smart/DITO). You can also try toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
• Lag During Gameplay? The app is PH-optimized, but if you experience lag, try switching from mobile data to a stable Wi-Fi connection or clearing the app cache in your phone settings.
• TestFlight Expired? For iOS users, if the app says “Expired,” simply return to our official site and click the iOS download link again to refresh your invitation.
